  • Presenters must submit a copy of their presentation to a conference facilitator by March 8, 2021 to serve as a back-up copy in the case of technical difficulties.
  • Presenters are required to attend a tech-check and conference preparation session before the conference day.

POSTER GUIDELINES
  • Poster presentations must fit onto one PDF page. We encourage poster presenters to keep in mind readability of a poster while screen-sharing during the poster session. As such, we recommend using more graphics, fewer words, and large font size.
  • On the day of the conference, each poster presenter have their own Gatherly booth (with the exception of NRCA participants who will share with other NRCA poster presenters). Poster presenters will be grouped on a Gatherly floor based on topic. In the poster booth, each presenter will have the ability to share their poster via screen-sharing. We strongly encourage poster presenters to prepare a one-minute elevator pitch of their presentation to deliver to conference attendees joining their Gatherly booth.
  • Poster presenters must submit a PDF copy of their poster presentation to a conference facilitator by March 8, 2021. Poster PDFs will be made available on the conference website one week before the conference to allow attendees time to review posters before the poster session on the day of the conference.
  • Poster presenters are required to attend a tech-check and conference preparation session before the conference day.
